Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a slow, atmospheric adventure that trusts you to pay attention. You explore a deserted seaside town, piece together what happened, and solve environmental puzzles that lean on observation rather than obscure logic. Tapping to move and examine feels natural on a touchscreen.

The sound design does a lot of heavy lifting. Wind, distant bells and creaking wood build a mood that stuck with us after we put the phone down. Puzzles rarely stumped us for the wrong reasons, which is rare in this genre.

It's a short experience, maybe four hours, but it's complete and confident. We'd happily play it again just to sit in the atmosphere.
